About this site
This site is published by the founding team of Sora, an artist-side practice based in Warsaw and Krakow. A legal entity is in formation; these terms will be reissued under the operating company name once incorporation completes.
No offer, no advice
The content on sora.ag is presented for general information about the practice and its thesis. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of representation, a solicitation, or financial, legal, or investment advice. Representation is by appointment only and governed by a separate written engagement.
Intellectual property
All text, marks, and imagery on this site belong to Sora or its licensors. You may quote brief extracts with attribution. Any other reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires prior written consent.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to restrict access where necessary to protect the service or its audience.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, the founders of Sora accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Warsaw, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
